By placing an order at GamingTeeStore you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. GamingTeeStore does not accept returns or make exchanges. Double-check that you selected the correct size, color, etc. and that you entered the correct shipping address before placing an order.
Fulfillment time
Once you place an order, the product will be made, packaged, and shipped to you upon completion. This process usually takes 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping locations
Most of the orders fullfilled from California USA but our production partner has various printing facilities around the world, including the United States, UK, Canada, and more planned for the future. Your order will most likely be fulfilled and shipped from the location that's closest to you.
Tracking numbers
Once shipped, orders will be updated with a tracking number. Orders with multiple product types may be shipped in various packages, each with a different tracking number. Tracking information can take 24-48 hours to update after the mail carrier picks up your package.
Customs duties and taxes
Shipments outside the United States may incur customs fees and taxes. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. The buyer is responsible for these fees(if any).
Defective or wrong items
Please provide clear photographs of the damaged product on a flat surface so I can forward it to my production partner's fulfillment department for review. If you receive the wrong item (wrong design, color, size, etc,) please make sure to take a photo of the packing slip as well. Once approved, I'll replace the item(s) free of charge. The replacement will be the exact size, color, etc. as the original purchase. A claim must be submitted within 7 days after the order is marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
Wrong address
Double-check that you entered the correct shipping address before placing an order. Once a package shows as delivered by the mail carrier, I can't do anything about it and no refunds will be given.
Mistakes made by mail carriers
GamingTeeStore can't be held responsible for mistakes made by mail carriers, such as delivering a package to the wrong address.
Lost in transit
If the mail carrier loses your package, I will replace the order free of charge. A claim must be submitted 7 business days after the estimated delivery date has passed and no later than 20 days beyond that date.
Returned to sender
If your order gets sent back to me because it stayed unclaimed at your local post office for too long or if a family member refused to accept it at the time of delivery, I can re-ship it at your expense. Otherwise, your items will be donated to charity and no refunds will be given.
Gift messages
You may write a short, personal note during the checkout process. The message will appear on the packing slip. Orders marked as gifts will not reveal product prices.
